Body Therapies
for Healing and Well-being
Footloose Reflexology can assist those
looking for greater health, healing and well-being. Judy
Smith, owner, is passionate about helping those who experience
pain and suffering and for the past 10 years has worked to
increase her skills and knowledge to continue improving the
services that Footloose Reflexology can provide.
Lymphatic
Massage:
Lymphatic massage
or lymph drainage massage is a technique used to help increase
lymph flow. Increased lymph flow removes harmful substances
from the tissues and increases immune function. Lymphatic
massage can be useful in cases of edema, sports injury or for
people experiencing a sluggish immune system or those
suffering from a lack of energy.
Push Muscle
Therapy: Push Therapy is a specialized muscle treatment
that primarily addresses chronic or acute pain originating
from muscle, tendon or soft ligaments. Push Therapy is not
massage. Push lengthens the muscle at its resting state and
increases blood flow. If you suffer from the following
conditions Push may be able to eliminate the cause of your
pain complaint: carpal tunnel, headaches, TMJ, leg or knee
pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder issues, low back ache, or hip
discomfort.

Reflexology: With over 7,000 nerve endings on the
bottom of our feet, Reflexology uses pressure to the feet and
